"SetValues" message
v0 = position
v1 = full scale
XuiProgress grids display a band of color on a backgroud to represent percentage of completion of something analogous.
"GetValues" returns the position and full scale in v0,v1.
"SetValues" sets the position and full scale with v0,v1.
